Soupy Jones is a T-shirt line that Sean Falyon and two other gentlemen design. He is also an underground rapper in Atlanta, Georgia. He hails from Philadelphia.

CMONGOOD: Why Soupy Jones? how did u come up with that name?
Sean: Soupy Jones is loosely based off a fable about a man fishing to feed his family,and he winds up not catching anything but a small fish with an odd smirk on its face. He takes the fish home thinking its to small to feed his family he just puts it up as a trophy for his long day fishing. The man names it Jones after his family . Later that evening he wakes up to find his family eating the fish with soupy….SOUPY JONES…lol . Also where I’m from we always switch up slang i remember back in the day ol heads would say man you souped up or you got a souped up car basically meaning it was fresh or dope. Then at that time if u were living lavish you were trying to “keep up with the Jones” so it fit perfect in my eyes Soupy Jones. we’re fresh and people always try to keep up with us.

CMONGOOD: How did you get involved in t-shirt designing?
Sean: I’ve always been an artist as far as drawing, painting ,designing things. In college to make some extra money i used draw peoples names in graffiti. From that i started to paint peoples names on shirts from that i went onto put my on designs on shirts. doing abstract art on shirts i named the company abstract collection. From the small but noticeable success I got doing abstract collection i began to think about what was next. Soupy Jones was born

CMONGOOD: How did you market your tshirts to make them so popular?
Sean: Well we held a few people hostage at gun point,you might have saw that on the news. then we started terrorizing neighborhoods and beating up people who didn’t have on our shirts…lol no but honestly the product speaks for itself,people love new different dope things and Soupy Jones is that in clothing form.

CMONGOOD: Favorite spot to drink in Atlanta?
Sean: You’re gonna laugh but my favorite spot to drink in Atlanta is …”My Apartment” , you can get as drunk as you want and don’t have to worry about getting home….you’re already there…lol

CMONGOOD: Favorite store?
Sean: My favorite store i would have to say is…Walmart…shit u cant beat that they got everything you go to get toilet paper and come out with a Flat Screen Tv.

CMONGOOD: What songs are in your mental soundtrack right now?
Sean: “That ain’t Love” by little brother , almost anything by Nas… and my own music. I’m an artist signed to BoneCrusher’s label so I love my music. lol
