Tevin Campbell performed this song in Prince’s movie Graffiti Bridge, the unsuccessful sequel to Purple Rain.  Tevin recently told Mo’Nique that he may be recording again because he has been “talking to some people” but that his heart is in Broadway because “there’s nothing like singing live on stage every night”.  He did Broadway for three years performing Hairspray from 2005-2008.  Now this song was my shit, it’s so inspirational but it bumps too.

Interesting tidbit that I found out while watching the Monique show is that Tevin Campbell believe’s in UFO’s and vampire’s. It’s funny the reaction people give when talking about the possibility of extraterrestrial life. Anyway the interview is below as well, happy Sunday!
